The Swobo Minkman baggy shorts handles all day/every day riding conditions. Full 4-way stretch outer shell, detachable 4-way stretch knit inside liner, imported Italian pad, two large cargo pockets, and durable rubber snap closures. Inseam is slightly longer than Rind 1.0 shorts. Minkman uses the same material as our famous Rind shorts but we've limited the amount of anatomical cuts, which is one way we can reduce the cost. The waistline features a simplified cinch closure. Named after the guy who likes to keep things rather simple, useful, and utilitarian. Consider these the Cummins Diesel of the Swobo product line. We (heart) diesel.

 Diving Deeper
The Minkman Combo is an outer 4 way stretch shell that comes packaged with a Minkman Liner. See a pattern here? The idea behind this design is that we wanted to offer a no nonsense design that was modular with the rest of our short program. These outer shells fit larger than our other designs, so order conservative on the sizing front. Independent movement is the best baggy technical design. If the liner is sewn to the outside shell....you're hosed. Like our other technical bottom designs, we encourage everyone to add an extra pair of Minkman Liners or OS11 liners because it's then like having 2 pairs of shorts. Re-use the outer shell on day 2 when you swap out the used and abused liner. That's how the system works. Just an idea.....not necessary.

Great shorts for mountain biking although poofy in the seat and a little noisy. Would like to see them use a less noisy fabric and add some slash pockets on each side along with the already great cargo pockets. They seem to fit true to size and length.

I'd say 2.5 stars on these... comfortable but the elastic waist makes them poof in front and back in a not-super-attractive way. Plus the fabric is noisy... revised version with the flat front is MUCH nicer.

Excellent commute shorts-very comfortable and you can wear them out for after work beer without looking like a total bike geek. I even changed on a busy Seattle street corner by just undoing the overshorts- the liner shorts looked presentable until I could get my pants on and were comfortable enough to wear for a couple of hours of hanging out.
