This icon of our product line has been updated with the most advanced Merino wool available today. The original Swobo wool jersey is back...and this time it's better, stronger, faster. Still featuring our legendary soft feel and comfort, the original just got better. This is 100% Merino wool from the South Island of New Zealand. This particular Swobo jersey uses 18.5 Micron wool, which means that it's incredibly soft next to your skin, and it also means that it can only come from a very few, select, regions of the world. This is the one cycling item that every cyclist in the world should own at least one of, but very few few are educated in the benefits and value of 100% Merino. The key attributes are plentiful, and outweigh synthetic fibers 10 to 1.

 Diving Deeper
100% New Zealand Merino is one of the worlds most technical fabrics. The fabric's capabilities have been attempted to be duplicated in synthetics, but no lab has been able to come up with such a diverse assortment of technical properties. Over the last decade, Swobo has worked very closely with the leading New Zealand developers of Merino farming and fabric innovation. To really dive into what they do, click HERE to get some really interesting Merino information. This fabric has been designed to be worn directly against your skin, and that's how your going to receive all the technical benefits. Merino has the fastest moisture transportation rate of any fabric, which is why they don't stink after even several long rides. The no stink factor is because the fiber doesn't allow bacteria to form. No bacteria means no stink. Simply dry a 100% Merino jersey out, and be amazed at how they don't retain odor. These also have a massive temperature range. You can wear these in 90 degree heat, and 40 degree bitterness. The fiber has a unique ability to retain heat as well as move heat away from your skin...so it will feel cool next to your skin. We could go on and on...but everybody who throws a leg over a bike needs at least one of these remarkable jerseys in the jersey collection. A great item to add to this are the Dolly Arm Warmers. It converts these to longsleeve in seconds. Great for traveling, tours, or commuting.

I look forward to buying one when the Women's line has BRIGHT colors...as in something that will be SEEN by car drivers. I want to look good in SWOBO Bright Orange!

Love the jersey! My boyfriend won it in a raffle at the SSWC in Napa, and I didn't think that I would like it. "It's expensive, you'll like it," he said. And he was right. My full review is on www.thruthetrees.com.

Fabulous jersey. The fit is very flattering but more importantly it does it's job! The knit is tight enough to wear on the road and not have the wind howling though it. Wore it on a weekly mtb ride this morning and I officially never want to take it off. This is the only wool I've ever worn that didn't itch!! Must be those Smart Sheep. If I could get a version w/o the pockets I would probably wear it every day... off the bike.

I picked up this jersey this spring and wore it on a few centuries and one 200 mile ride. It's a great durable jersey. Doesn't hang too low, is great for spring, summer, AND fall, and I love the Tree Mud color. Wish that Swobo had more color selection in stock, but I'll take what I can get... for the moment.

I bought the Women's Marino Jersey for myself, as gift of appreciation, to myself, just for being me. I couldn't thank me enough for such a warm, cuddly, practical, flattering and SEXY jersey. I want more, more, more!

I bought this jersey in the spring when it was still cold, but I've worn it throughout the summer as well. It's good for when it's cold, and surprisingly comfortable when it's hot, too. Also, it doesn't stink like the synthetic stuff does after awhile. I anticipate this will be a great year-round addition to my wardrobe.

I bought this for my wife who doesn't like the more abrasive polyester tech shirts and because she's almost always cold. She so comfy in it that she wears it even when she's not on a bike. Not that I found something she likes, it makes Christmas a lot easier.
