I love my Swobo Sanchez in Silver. At first, I thought I wanted the blue, but upon seeing the silver, I loved it. Very comfortable ride, laid back and easy handling. Frame seems high quality, and rides smooth - really absorbs the occasional bump. Parts are all decent, and the only thing I switched was the pedals for some bigger platform BMX pedals. Now commuting to work whenever I can, and riding about town. Sweet ride - got it from Baltimore Bicycle Works.

Owning the Sanchez is a traumatic experience. It causes severe separation anxiety whenever I am forced to disembark from it and move around on two legs (or, worse, get behind the wheel of a car). In a perfect world, I could just ride it forever. So, I guess the fault really lies in the world, not the bike. Still, I would recommend that you buy a bike that isn't quite this much fun to ride. Less trauma that way.

I love my bike and my commute to work everyday. The 28 mile round trip is a breeze on this bike. I get a lot of comments on the frame too, soo sick looking! I didn't really notice the amazing galvanized finish until I saw the bike in person at Orange 20 in L.A. The pictures here don't do it justice. Awesome bike!

Love this bike. I can hop on it for a trip around the neighborhood with the kids, pound out a quick twenty after a run, or go on a long training ride. This is the most comfortable bike I own, my ti bike has been very lonely since the Sanchez showed up. I researched single speeds heavily before buying and am positive I made the right decision, nice work Sky!

first ever singelspeed and still lovin it. Good decision over the other heavy off the shelf fixies. The up-them-selves London fixie crowd often diss the parts on the standard build, but i cant fault them. Its quite simply a dream to ride. Bring on the summer..!

It's the best g-d motherf-ing s.o.b. bike I've ever ridden. I had originally ordered one from Swobo but was told orders were delayed two to three months at that time. Luckily Mojo Bicycle Cafe in SF just opened and they sold Swobos and happened to have the right size in stock. I ride mine everyday to and from work and play. It's generically nondescriptly low-key and uniquely stunningly beautiful at the same time. I love the Sanchez so much I bought another to keep at my parent's place on the east coast for backup. I haven't had the urge to even look at other bikes in the two plus years I've been riding the Sanchez. That is, until I saw the Crosby.

My Sanchez was my official re-entry into the world of bicycles. Not since my days as a kid on a BMX I have been so inspired to ride again. I love the galvanized steel look. It's a clean, simple bike that rides fast and looks awesome. Shortly after I was so sold on Swobo, I went out and bought an Otis for my wife that she loves!

just wanted to say that my beloved stolen swobo (i posted about her a while ago) was FOUND and returned. ive got her in nyc now and man i'm telling you, she's a dream. if youre a smaller rider, like 5feet, the angled frame of the sanchez really makes a difference. she handles great and i'm glad to have her back....

My first Fixie. I also got it at the bike rack in DC. It is a functional ride ,that looks good as is, or good personalized. I love this bike like the trustworthy iron steed it is.

I cut the handlebars down about an inch and a half on both sides and intalled a brake. A very quick whip that offers a very smooth ride. I am 6'8, so the big boy special really helped my wallet.

I initially Bought my Sanchez for London commuting. I'm now taking my beloved Sanchez on the weekend club rides. The lean mean Sanchez looks great alongside the fluffy decal covered carbon club bikes but can I have a 20 speed Sanchez, cos the hills are a bitch on a singlespeed?

I bought my Sanchez a year ago from Gene at One on one in MPLS. people stop me on the streets and tell me I have a cool bike. Also its good to be the only girl I know rockin' one. Really light for anyone who has to carry a bike a long distance.

Wow! How much do I love my SWOBO? A lot. I was done w/my road bike + had never ridden a fixed before. The same day I purchased it I road all day long - manhattan to bklyn, back again, all over the city. I exchanged a few parts so far. The ride handles like a dream + in my opinion is safer + easier to control than a rode bike. I will never go back!

Let me start this by admitting that I am a bikeaholic. I own many different whips made of many different materials (CoMo, Ti, Al, and carbon fiber). This is my second fixie (first SWOBO) and I am truly impressed! I replaced a Bianchi Pista with the Sanchez and I have no regrets. I find the ride to me more forgiving and comfortable and in my opinion, it just looks better. My next bike purchase (continuing to feed my habit) is a Folsom! Thanks SWOBO for making great bikes at great prices! Keep bucking the mainstream!!!

I have been riding a Sanchez for ~2 months now. It is my 2nd fixie (first one was a road bike conversion). Like everyone's been saying it IS a clean and simple bike with ok looks. The biggest downside so far has been the gear ratio, which is far too heavy for terrain with any hills. I also don't like the saddle which is too soft and mushy for any longer rides. Also I feel that it is a bit weird that an entry level fixie like Sanchez doesnt't come with a front brake.

What can I say? My first fixed gear and really diggn it. Geometry is friendly (no sore neck for me, thanks very much), easy handling - I like my corners steep - and hills? Even the stock set-up is manageable, but I like a workout so.....higher gear ratio might be nicer (42 up front?) for the severely vertically challenged. Price point? - can't beat it for the ride and style (and weight). Love the white and galvanized. Think I'm gonna try a set of drops on 'er.....Nice job fellas.

Absolutely loving my Sanchez. I feel that my carbon footprint is much more balanced now between burnt rubber and pedal power. Great spec, good value and excellent service from the Swobo crew. Whether you're just catching the fixie bug or are a legit lover of everything on two wheels check out the Sanchez and you will not be disappointed.

Mr Sanchez gets better and better each ride..also clipped 3 inches from both sides of the h-bars was that a perch for a vulture or sumptin..got red pedals/clips..cranks 2 long...dissapointed on seeing the price at Paragons for 500 two days after purchase(650) and now my 6ft.4' ass loses out on the deal u have now on the tall 62 frame i have...uuug..expensive hobby as is..smooth ride all n all and fast with my caddylike whitewalls

This thing is perfect, works well, good parts and the only thing i managed to do to it is pop about 10 tubes racing around the city on it. and the best part that it is not all bling, i can chain it up and not have to worry about someone steeling it. that and i don't feel bad when i scratch it or something. overall its great!

I love my Sanchez. I too chopped the bars and added clips. It is so gangsta with its clean lines and bangin white chain and wheels. I had another rider ask me in awe "what the hell is that?" and he was amazed at how light the frame is. I ride my bike to work everyday now and find that riding the Sanchez is the highlight of my day.

I bought a Sanchez from Counterbalance (Seattle) and I must say I love it! My girlfriend doesn't, but I do. I essentially am only using the frame and fork, stem, and the saddle. All of the other parts have been replaced, but really like the frame. This is the only fixed gear i've found that is small enough for me. The 46cm size is perfect. I feel like I'm on a fixed BMX with 700c's. When the 46cm's are back in stock I might just buy a second so I can rock a freewheel and jump the crap out of it. Oh yeah, and this saddle is the most comfortable saddle I think I've ever ridden. Thanks guys. One more thing. I'm helping plan the 2009 Westside Invite. We're bring up from PDX to Seattle this year. I'd love to see you and your products there. Come see our beautiful city.

Got a Sanchez at Bikerack in DC. I love it. It rides fast and smooth. I ride it to work, job sites, the grocery store, soccer games, and anywhere else in the city. My manager even got a bike rack for the office so It now is up front and on display when I am in. It turns heads whenever I ride it.

got the (dirty) Sanchez about a month ago and love it... i mean LOVE it... in fact it sits next to my desk and i can't stop looking at it. when i go out without is, i constantly look at the pictures a shot with my phone and show them off to my friends - like little baby pictures... I had a tough time finding a frame that was small enough for me that still looked awesome. I love my new sanchez, the white accents are pretty sweet and its light enough for me to carry up my tiny Cambridge stairwell without a problem.

I have been riding my Sanchez for almost 1 year now. I ride to work and school in Atlanta every day, around 10 miles, and work it out on the track a few times a week. The frame is still aero and I still love every ride that I take. It looks good but not too flashy, the perfect urban street explorer. Someone stops and asks about my bike at least once a week.

I hopped on the Sanchez by coincidence. It could have been any bike. I just grabbed it as I was going with someone else on their test ride and this bike was on the rack near it. I had no intentions of buying a bike. I wasn't even in the market for one seeing how my Raleigh Record was doing well as a singlespeed. I jumped on it and I couldn't stop smiling. The bike just felt perfect. It was fast, handled tightly, and was minimalistic (just how I like my bikes). I could care less that it was fixed, it just felt great (by they way, I've kept it fixed, it's too much fun). Good handling, decent components, and a great price: I was sold. I have a couple buddies that jumped on it and loved it right away, too. One guy jumped on it and instantly said that it felt better than his brand-won't-be-mentioned fixie and said he should have gotten a Sanchez instead. The Sanchez is a good enough ride to sell itself. The hardest part is getting someone to jump on it. Luckily, its good looks entice people to throw a leg over.

I purchased a Swobo recently at Brick Lane Bikes in London and have been riding it all summer. It's a great ride and my friends are amazed at how light the bike is and how well it works moving around in traffic in the Big Smoke! Buy one now if you want a clean, simple bike that works great with no hassle.
