i JUST purchased a Folsom, and i'm really excited to get it and get back to being 13. i also purchased the yellow tires and tools. I haven't ridden a bike in years and wanted one to stay in shape, and transportation. I live in Washington DC and wanted something cool looking, functional, & reasonably priced. So after MUCH research and pointless trips to cycle shops, I stumbled on swobo.com and the rest is history. I am sort of disappointed in the lack of “Saturday” customer service. No one is available to answer my questions regarding the “pending” status to my order; which I paid $100.00 bucks extra to have overnighted/next day delivered. Other than that; it’s been a pleasant experience. Stay tuned for some videos on YouTube once I received the bike. Astonishingly; there is only ONE vid of a swobo Folsom and it’s only 5 seconds long…. 0_o
